Website Terms of Use
Version 1.0, effective 16 September 2026. These terms cover https://flutter3d.pleion.dev: the documentation, the gallery, the playable demos and the browser build of the Modeller. Use of the Modeller application itself is governed by the End User Licence Agreement; where the two overlap, the EULA governs the software and these terms govern the site.
1. Who operates the site #
Dmitrii Zolotov, a natural person acting as an independent developer, resident in the European Union. Contact: [email protected].
This is a personal, non-commercial project. There is nothing to buy on this site, no account to create, and no subscription.
2. What you may do #
Read it, learn from it, run the demos, and link to any page. Code samples on the site are part of the project and are under the MIT Licence in the source repository, so you may copy them into your own work without asking.
The prose, the diagrams and the screenshots are © 2026 Dmitrii Zolotov. You may quote them with attribution and a link, which is the ordinary courtesy of the web, and you may not republish a page wholesale as your own.
3. What you may not do #
Do not attempt to break into, overload or interfere with the site or the systems that serve it; do not scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people; do not use it to distribute malware; and do not use it in breach of the Export Compliance notice.
The demos run in your own browser. Running them is not access to a system of
ours, and finding a bug in one is not a security finding against a server.
If you do find something that looks like a real vulnerability, report it
through the process in SECURITY.md in the source repository; responsible
reports are welcome.
4. Accuracy, and the benchmarks in particular #
The documentation describes software that changes. Pages carry the version they were written against, and a page can still be wrong or out of date. Nothing here is a promise about what a future version will do.
Performance numbers on this site are measurements, taken on named hardware on a named date, and are reported with the machine and the date beside them for that reason. They are not a guarantee of what you will see. Frame times depend on your device, your driver, your scene and your build.
Nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind, legal, financial or otherwise.
5. Third-party links and content #
The site links to other sites: pub.dev, GitHub, the Khronos sample models, standards documents. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Sample models shown in the gallery and bundled with the demos come from the Khronos glTF sample set and remain under their own licences and attributions.
6. Availability #
The site is offered as it is and when it is up. There is no uptime commitment, no support obligation and no notice period before a page changes or goes away. A link that worked yesterday may not work tomorrow, though we try to keep the ones people rely on.
7. Liability #
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this site, its documentation or its demos, including lost data, lost profits and business interruption. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected, and nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
8. Privacy #
See the Privacy Policy and the Cookie and Local Storage Notice. In short: the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and the browser build keeps your work in your own browser.
9. Changes #
These terms carry a version number and an effective date. Every version is kept
in the public source repository under legal/, so any two of them can be
compared in full.
10. Governing law #
The substantive law of the operator's country of residence in the European Union applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence and your right to bring proceedings there. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
